The builds

24–72 hours to build
something real.

Each build is a numbered, one-off sprint. Teams form at kickoff, build against the clock, and demo whatever runs when the time is up.

02 How a build runs
01

Kickoff

Hour zero

Ideas get pitched to the room, teams form around the ones with legs, and everyone agrees what "done" looks like before the clock starts.

02

Build

The sprint

Design, prototype, test, cut scope, repeat. Mentors float between teams, and there is a strong institutional commitment to pizza.

03

Ship & demo

Final hours

Every team demos a working prototype and pitches it — what it does, what broke, what's next. Best builds take the honours.
