01 The format

Short-term build events.

No year-long committees, no lecture series. A build is a compressed sprint: kick off, form a team around an idea, and ship a working prototype before the weekend is out.

Sprints run 24 to 72 hours — long enough to make something real, short enough that you actually finish it.
